I was looking information on how to create banners and logos and I found this two websites. I thought I couldn't do much with them but I was wrong. One of them is a banner design web based tool, which is awesome and I have worked a lot with it. The other one is a "logo designer", also web based, but I use it the most to create buttons, not logos.

With the banner designer you will have the ability to create banners of different sizes, you also can play with the colors, apply visual effects, change the font types to some really nice ones that they have, change background colors and other really cool stuff. It is pretty simple, anyone can use it. Best of all it is free and you will have your banner hosted for free. What else can you ask for? The only thing I don't like about it is that obviously, as it is free, they include the URL of the website and I really don't like this but.. well, it is free you can't say no to that. They ask you if you want to become a VIP member, which has its advantages, like not having the advertisement but it is optional. The price for this VIP membership is $30 a year but youcan use it for free. You wont have to give your email address or anything to use it. You can find this tool at: www.MyBannerMaker.com and again, it is free to use as much as you like.

The other site is www.cooltext.com and it actually is a: "Logo and Graphics Generator" so by the name you already have a clue of what's going on here. As a said before, I use this one to create buttons for my sites, or if I need a text to be more "attention grabbing" I use Cool Text to make it more how I need it to be. I don't use it much to create logos because..let's get serious, who creates logos on a daily basis? Well, if you are a professional graphics designer maybe you do, but not everybody is.
