I used to get panic attacks all the time, especially in crowded places like the movie theater. But then I learned to keep a Valium in my pocket at all times and I haven't had one since. Just knowing the valium is there helps so much. But you must remember NEVER TAKE IT unless you really need to! Valium can be addicting if you abuse it.
