A vacation can derail even the most steadfast dieter, so this week presented a serious challenge for the cast members of The Biggest Loser Couples. Combine an overseas flight, unfamiliar foods, and a change in climate and you have a recipe for an interesting weigh in for sure!

Riding high from their success on last week's weigh in, Ali and Kelly, the last two women standing, were determined to stay above that dreaded yellow line for another week. Jay, Mark and Roger felt the pressure from losing Dan in elimination last week. As the teams arrived in Sydney, Australia, they were greeted by Allison Sweeney and "Uncle Max", a local Aborigine who performed a smoke ceremony for luck. Then it was off to workout.

Bob and Jillian are no strangers to the land down under, having filmed the very successful Biggest Loser Australia. They brought the contestants to the gym, worked them out hard, then took them for dinner and dancing. While this was a social event, the outing was also designed to teach the remaining folks how to make healthy choices even when taken out of your comfort zone. Many people choose vacation as a time to go crazy, order whatever they want, and pay the price with a weight gain. Jillian and Bob worked to help their teammates make appropriate food choices that wouldn't hurt them on the scale.

In order to learn about their next challenge, the cast had to meet Allison Sweeney at the top of the Harbor Bridge, which meant climbing these narrow steps several stories above the traffic rushing by below. Mark, who has a deep fear of heights was not thrilled at the prospect, but he pushed through and made it to the top.

What was in store for the contestants? A triathalon!

The remaining Biggest Loser hopefuls would ride a ski boat out on the harbor, then swim 300 meters, climb steps to where their bikes were waiting, navigate a botanical garden path, ditch the bike and run to a 44 story building in downtown Sydney. The first person to cross the line after rushing up the steps in the building would win a harbor tour from a sea plane and brunch overlooking the ocean.
