There are a few ways to reach out to people and witness to them about God and what the Bibles says about life and different situations. Sometimes people could see somethings as boring and unexciting. In recent years drama companies have been becoming more popular with skits, videos, music and more. Young adults and teens alike are attracted to these kinds of events because it is more appealing to them than say just preaching the word. One of the best drama companies touring the nation is Clear Vision Drama Company. Recently the Clear Vision Drama company came to Mt. Moriah Church in Smithfield Pennsylvania. The experience was wonderful and they changed many lives throughout the weekend.

Clear Vision started touring in about 1999. There are about five or six members on the team: Paul May, Josh Jordon, Jessica Seely, David Long, Cameron McCartney, and Crystal Owens. Paul May is the co-founder of the group and does speaking engagements as well as traveling with the company. They travel the country giving performances at different venues. They use various forms of media to get the message across including mime. Many of their skits involve the audience by asking for volunteers or in a skit called "What's My Line" asks the audience to shout out new lines. All of their material is original and creative. Whether it is humorous or not Clear Vision makes the audience really think about their lives as Christians. Some of the comedy sketches have the same appeal and humor as skit shows like Monty Python. Clear Vision knows this society is entirely visual driven and realize the best way to display Biblical truths is through visual media.

Interesting read. As a Sunday School teacher and Youth minister I have seen dramatization win over lecturing hands down! We used to have skeptical parents come and sit in the audience, because they thought their children would learn more if we "preached" like they did in the grown up church...without fail afterward they would come up to us surprised and amazed that they had learned something new...Thanks for sharing this.
