The Truth Behind Netflix Movie Rental
I love to watch movies but it can be so costly. The average DVD is priced at about $16.99 to buy new and who wants to buy a new movie they have never seen? I have taken this gamble and been very disappointed. Then there’s an alternative; you can always
reant a movie from Blockbuster or your local video store. Renting costs about $4 for a new release…providing you take it back on time. This is my biggest downfall.
You would think that I would be capable of returning my 5-day-rental but I simply don’t do it. I usually get it back to the stroe on the 7th or 8th day. This makes my $4 cost a whopping $10.75 or more! So looking at that price, I just should have bought the damn thing! Plus, who has time to go to the video store just to find out that the movie you came for is sold out?
That is why so many people are seeking alternatives to renting movies. This makes “movie dealers” like Netflix very popular. Since launching their online movie rental service in 1999, Netflix has become the world's largest online DVD rental service. Each month, Netflix provides movie entertainment to more than 5 million satisfied customers. Netflix offers the customer a unique movie renting experience that is incredibly convenient as well as AFFORDABLE! You can even order your movies over the internet so you never even have to talk to a sales person. I really enjoy that!
Netflix has a giant selection of movies. Really, any movie you can think of. From Disney to horror to Chinese and foreign films, even documentaries – they carry it all. This is a crowd pleaser for my family! Before Netflix my husband and I would stand at the video store and debate which movie to rent because am not a “thriller-lover” and he hates “Chick flicks”. Now, with Netflix we don’t have these problems. He gets what he wants, I get what I want and we pick out what WE want to see together.
