Anyone who reads my articles knows that I'm passionate about cooking. What they also know is how busy I can be. Working full time and going to college often takes up more time than I would like for it to. Thankfully, I can still create a delicious meal. With the great boxed products that are available, it's impossible to not find time to cook a hearty meal. One of the products I love to use is Hamburger Helper. While I do enjoy several of the flavors, one of my favorites is Stroganoff. Read on to find out why I enjoy this product so much.

Hamburger Helper Stroganoff Review: Ease of Preparation

First of all, Hamburger Helper Stroganoff is very easy to prepare. All you need to do is brown a pound of lean hamburger. Once the meat has been browned, drain off the excess grease and add a cup of hot water, two cups of milk, the seasoning packet, and the pasta. Bring the mixture of a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 14 minutes.

Hamburger Helper Stroganoff Review: Taste

The taste of Hamburger Helper Stroganoff has a wonderful flavor. The sauce is very creamy and is the perfect combination to the pasta and beef. Personally, I prefer to use 93% lean ground beef to prepare this product. In my opinion, the extra lean beef gives Hamburger Helper Stroganoff a beefier flavor than ground round does.

My kids actually love this stuff and I jazz it up by adding some sour cream, beef bouillon, etc. They like my homemade stroganoff, to. Super review. You included the nutritional details, too, much appreciated!
