Paramore is a little pop rock band from Tennessee that's said to be the favorite band of stars such as Disney Channel darlings, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. They also happen to be one of the hottest music acts of the moment.
Paramore is fronted by Hayley Williams with Josh Farro (lead guitar), Jeremy Davis (bass guitar) and Zac Farro (drums) rounding out the band. Paramores first single, Misery Business, blew up thanks to lots of promotion from MTV and radio stations around the country.
Paramore was recently voted Best Band of 2007 by the readers of Alternative Press magazine and were also nominated for the Best New Artist Award at the Grammy's.
Hayley, Josh, Jeremy and Zac are set to tour with Jimmy Eats World beginning in April 2008, although there are rumors of friction between the band already. Fans of Paramore will have to wait to see how this plays out. The band is commited to play at several other shows in 2008, so keep an eye out for Paramore coming to a city near you.
