Columbus, Ohio is a growing metropolitan city in the Midwest. Jobs, good schools, and nice neighborhoods make it an excellent place to raise a family. There are plenty of great places for individuals to reside at in Columbus, depending on lifestyle and affordability. Ohio State University, Cosi, and the Columbus Metropolitan Museum are highlights of Columbus. So are great shopping centers like Tuttle Crossing, Polaris, and Easton Town Center.

Many families choose to live in the suburban areas on the outskirts of Columbus Ohio. There are many great suburban areas to choose from. Worthington, Gahanna, Westerville, Dublin, and Pickerington are all great suburban areas that are close to shops, malls, and businesses.

Westerville, a northeast Columbus suburb, is a great place to reside. Westerville is Columbus' largest suburb for a reason. The excellent schools, historic uptown district, and access to Polaris Shopping Center make it a convenient location for many families. Westerville is a safe Midwest suburb that has great parks, recreation, and services. The best areas to live in Westerville include Windsor bay and Highland Lakes.

German Village is also a great neighborhood in Columbus. The neighborhood is mostly composed of older homes and businesses. German Village along with its brewery district is a popular locale in Columbus. It is a great place for those looking for older, well, crafted homes.

Old Towne East is a historical residential artsy area located near German village and downtown Columbus. Highlights of the community include great craftsmanship, great pedestrian walkways, and access to the city. Old Towne East is also a racially, and culturally diverse community. Old Towne East is far from upscale, but it in a revitalization process. It is a neighborhood that shouldn't be forgotten.
