Being fit is one of the best ways to look and feel beautiful. People with money to burn may spend thousands removing unwanted fat through surgery, but most people can look great with just a little bit of effort to spend time working out everyday, plus you won't have to go through the pain of surgery. Other benefits of exercise, besides a great figure are that you will have increased circulation so your hair, skin and fingernails will be stronger, shinier and healthier. You will have an increase of endorphins, which make you feel happy and a happy person is a beautiful person.

4. Sand

Sand is used to exfoliate the skin. It scrubs off the top dead layer of skin revealing more youthful skin that is smoother. By removing this top layer of dead skin your newer skin cells benefit more from moisturizers and your skin is plumber which helps to remove wrinkles. A little known fact about sand when used to exfoliate the skin is that it helps increase circulation which then helps your body get rid of cellulite. So why pay for expensive treatments to get rid of cellulite when you can just rub sand on your legs?

3. Fruit

Fresh fruits contain plenty of antioxidants and vitamins that give you a natural glow. They also provide fiber which is essential for getting rid of toxins in the body. These vitamins can also be absorbed through the skin, something that has been known by generations of women. Where do you think the term "peaches and cream complexion" came from. That's right women would make a mask of mashed peaches and cream.
