Voice of Redemption: The Meaning of Life

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. Thoughts protrude from my mind, my edge seems to be slipping, and the end of an era, end of a lifetime seems to be grasping over me. This, for all knowledge, is the feeling of a man who is searching for the reason of living, the purpose of it all, the meaning of life. How can one know the meaning of life, if they have not lived? Most will respond that they cannot. Personally, I will not disagree. When all seems lost, when all seems loved, hopeful, dreary, perfect, you have to wonder why it is that way, why you have come to these crossroads in life, and not the infinite possibilities that could have been.

I have pondered these questions for a long time, and with it all flowing now into words, this will all come out without any preparation as to what I will write. Sometimes, the best way to express what you feel, is to not know what it is you feel, and just let it fall where it may.

Life is one that people disagree upon as to what the purpose of it all. Some say it is to make people happy; to live the best life possible; to make the world a better place; to worship a God; complete goals no one else ever thought possible; and some say that there is no purpose to life. There are so many theories as to the purpose of life, and yet, in honest truth, WE will never know, at least not in this plane of existence. If humans are to ever learn why we are here, some will become manic depressant, kill people on sight or lose control and do whatever they can to live that purpose. Why would people kill or become depressed? Simply, because no one is ready to learn why humans, or any creature on this planet is here, and to learn truly why we are, almost the entire human race will have not lived that purpose, feeling insignificant, feeling lost, and with most being older, feeling as if they failed, and commit drastic measures.
