Tugging twigs and thorns,
Digging in my garden beds -
Spring, come to my yard.
Frozen frosting melts;
Gloved fingers ache with cold.
Sun, come warm the earth.
Crunchy turf gives way,
Welcoming the brand-new growth.
Life, begin again.
Bring Spring - a Haiku Bouquet for a Brighter Day
What garden-lover doesn't anticipate great garden days to come in spring? We celebrate the arrival of spring, as gardeners begin digging in the soil and discovering green treasures sprouting towards the sun. The spring thaw awaits!
