Comparing Revlon ColorSilk Root Perfect and Clairol Nice N Easy Root Touch-Up

Men with gray hair look distinguished; women just look older. How fair is that? Men can let their hair get grayer and grayer and never miss a beat! Meanwhile, we women are freaking out at our first gray hair and are willing to give up both our money and time to remain gray free. Sure, some women can accept their gray hair and age with grace. I applaud them, but admittedly, I am not one of them!
The hardest thing about getting gray hair is keeping the roots completely gray free. This article will compare two root cover-up products: ColorSilk Root Perfect and Clairol Nice N Easy Root Touch-Up.
Five Ways Revlon ColorSilk Root Perfect and Clairol Nice N Easy Root Touch-Up Are Alike
1. Both of the products do the same thing: dye the roots in-between colorings.
2. They both are easy to use and are readily available online and local drugstores
3. You can cover your gray in just ten minutes with either product
4. Either product can cost as much as (the less expensive) full hair color products with Nice N Easy being the most expensive of the two..
5. The color can still stain skin (and clothes) like regular hair color
Three Ways Revlon ColorSilk Root Perfect and Clairol Nice N Easy Root Touch-Up Are Different
1. ColorSilk uses a sponge-tipped applicator, which is kind of like a Bingo Dauber
2. Nice N Easy uses a brush like applicator to apply, which is nice for blending
3. With ColorSilk, there is no dipping back and forth like there is with Nice N Easy
Using Clairol Nice N Easy Root Touch-Up
To use Nice N Easy you first put on the enclosed gloves and then mix the bottle of activation lotion and the tube color crème in the small plastic mixing container. You then mix well with the enclosed applicator brush.
To color your roots, you dip the brush into the solution and apply it to your part(s). hairline, temples and anywhere you have gray. You can use the brush to blend in into the hair by combing it in. It works well as the comb/brush helps separate the hairs as it combs in the solution, covering each strand. After 10 minutes (15 for stubborn gray), you rinse it out in the shower. While I do like the brush applicator, it
