Eleven years after Princess Diana's shocking death in the Pont de L'Alma underpass in Paris, a jury has finally ruled that her death as well as that of her boyfriend, Dodi Fayed was an "unlawful killing" in the spectrum of negligent driving. The negligent driving was determined against the vehicles chasing the princess as well as her driver that night, Henri Paul. Paul was intoxicated and had an alcohol blood content level three times higher then the legal limit in France.
The official public ruling concludes that the failure of Diana and Fayed to wear seat belts was also a contributing factor.
The BBC is reporting that in the inquest of a conspiracy, Lord Justice Scott Baker of England ruled the following: "There is no evidence that the Duke of Edinburgh ordered Diana's execution and there is no evidence that the Secret Intelligence Service or any other government agency organized it."
This inquest comes after eleven years of accusations and questions from the father of Dodi Fayed; Mohammad Al-Fayed. Fayed who owns London's Harrod Square as well as The Ritz in Paris was convinced that there was a conspiracy to murder Diana and Dodi by the Duke of Edinburgh and the Royal family.
Fayed has always blatantly stated that the accident was actually a killing triggered by racism. Fayed believes that the Princess of Wales was pregnant with his son's child and had plans of marrying Dodi before the two were killed.
Fayed has always emotionally and angrily stated that the idea that the Princess of Wales, whose children are heirs to the British throne would marry and give birth to a half Muslim baby was enough to motivate a conspiracy of murder.
Fayed appeared on the talk show, The Hour, hosted by George Stroumboulopulos. During his appearance he called the Duke of Edinburgh, "a Nazi" and "known racist." Fayed also told Stroumboulopulos that: "Its not easy to know that your child has been slaughtered by a bunch of gangsters whom they call themselves the Royal family."
