The 2008 Lollapalooza is at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois from August 1 to August 3, 2008. Grant Park is located at 205 East Randolph Drive, Chicago, Illinois 60601. This yearly event features music, artist, workshops, and many of the exhibits. It is an event that is great for the entire family.

This year's musical lineup includes Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Nine Inch Nails, Kanye West, Wilco, The Raconteurs, Love and Rockets, Gnarls Barkley, Lupe Fiasco, Blues Traveler, and many other artists. Music styles or the artists scheduled to play range from alternative, to rock, to hip-hop, and almost any type that you can think of.

Early bird tickets have already sold out and currently the advance three-day passes are on sale for $190. Once the advanced three-day passes have sold out, the regular three-day passes will sell for $205. There is also Lollapalooza LollaLounge VIP three-day passes for $850. Please keep in mind that as certain levels of passes sold out, prices are subject to change. It is also important to know that children 10 and under get in free if they are accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

The event offers vendors from local Chicago area restaurants the opportunity to sell their favorite dishes. Visitors can look forward to Chicago favorites such as deep-dish pizza, great Italian food, as well as various other eats.
