Denver Colorado has many great neighborhoods. If you're looking to move or just visit, Denver Colorado should be your choice. The residents are friendly and there is plenty to do. There are many neighborhoods with new shops and restaurants to homes and businesses dating back to the early 1900's. Denver Colorado has many surprising things people would never expect to find.

Barnum neighborhood in Denver Colorado has much history and mystique. Its borders are West 6th Ave to Alameda Ave and Federal Boulevard to Sheridan Boulevard. Being named after P.T. Barnum of the Barnum and Bailey Circus the neighborhoods housing ranges from historic to modern. The housing dates in range from 1920 to 1990. The average cost of housing is $96,984 with mostly single story homes. There are many businesses and restaurants to keep you busy. There are 28 restaurants in all, from fast food to sit down and 3 hotels. If you have children then Barnum is the neighborhood for you. Located in the Barnum neighborhood is Barnum Elementary ranging from early childhood development to fifth grade. Barnum neighborhood also offers its own parent watch program. Barnum Park is also located in this neighborhood with Barnum Park Pond. If you're looking for history there are two major historical sights. Bowan House which was built in 1910 and an 1890's Retail Building.
