I think Green Tea diet pills are a great way to lose weight! I have just starting taking them along with a one-a-day multi-vitamin called Women's Weight Smart-it is my second day taking them-i have alot of energy-and-it does supress my appetite-plus i feel good knowing it is the safiest healthiest way to lose weight.. Why would you want to try anything else? Sure they may be pills out there that do provide fast weight loss but what are the long term effects they can have on you later on in life? and will you be able to keep the pounds off once stopping the diet pills? Green tea has many forms-it has drinks-pills-and probally more stuff. And it is a very natural pill thats healthy and has very good side effects! I give Green Tea diet a thumbs up!!
