Indian Restaurants in Denver, Colorado

The Mile high city has more to offer than great skiing and sightseeing. With over 2 million residents the cultural diversity has reached a premium, which translates to one thing; great authentic ethnic cuisine. Indian restaurants have popped up all over the city, so I've compiled a list of the pro's and cons of some of the most popular Indian Restaurants in Denver.

India House Restaurant

Right Smack downtown India house is probably the most inviting on our list. India house also ranks as the classiest. The atmosphere is established by low slung lighting and long spanning booths. The brick walls and hardwood tables don't scream Indian food but each setting is quite cozy. It is an excellent option for a formal business dinner or for date night. They have a good variety but the menu isn't the largest of the many Indian restaurants in Denver. They do offer plenty of vegetarian dishes, and are very accommodating if you spot something on the menu you'd like to veggie up.

India's Restaurant

Like many of Denver's Indian restaurants this one is confined to a shopping center. However upon walking through the door it's evident you've made a good decision. The cloth covered ceilings give the restaurant an ultra sleek yet cozy feel while filling the dining room with a subtle elegance. Voted Denver's best in 1999 and Extraordinary by Zagat these guys are probably the best deal on the list. This is the perfect place to take a date or formal business dinner. The food is on point and the naan fresh.
