Barack Obama's Bitter Remarks Will Cost Him the Pennsylvania Primary

Barack Obama is clearly not from a small town, as his recent comments about people living in the economically depressed small towns of the Keystone State indicate. They also showed his bias against religious people and the

exchange or remarks between the Illinois senator only heighten the comedy inherent in this situation.

Barack Obama is not the first politician ever to stick his foot in his mouth, but making comments like "anti-immigration" settlement does not understand what is going on. The murder of a Milton, Pennsylvania, woman, Carly Snyder, in 2005 only further serves to highlight why the government needs to crackdown on undocumented aliens.

The anti-immigrant statement is not as likely to hurt Barack Obama as much as describing people in small towns as becoming bitter and being backward and religious. Many people outside of small-towns are religious and most of the guns the senator referenced are in fact used for hunting, not for protection against the government or held by paranoid government-hating militia man.

Barak Obama had been rising in the polls in Pennsylvania before issuing his confused comments about guns, religion, and anti-immigration sentiment. Now he has started to slip back down. If the people in the small towns that make up most of Pennsylvania were not bitter before, Obama has made them such.

At least the comedic value eases some of the tension. If Hillary Clinton does not see that she herself as perceived as elitist, she should. She also failed to completely disagree with Barack Obama in her response.

Instead, her wording implies that the Illinois senator should have chosen his words more carefully. If she wishes to distance herself or show disagreement with the remarks made by her opponent, a wise move considering the Pennsylvania primaries next week, she must use more forceful language.

Take a chill pill, Alaric. I like Nader. I talked to him once a while back and he's brilliant and sincere but too far out for the real world.

You all are so badly confused about politics it is sickening to even read not just these articles but the responses to them. You really want a candidate worth voting for? Vote for the only candidate worth running and the single most fought against candidate by BOTH parties Demopublican and Republicrat. Why? Because he actually addresses issues. Actually has a VERY visible stance on a variety of SERIOUS topics that make this laughable effort by either of these two snobby crass "Politicians" even attempt. The mud they sling at each other paints the entire duopoly of this government sicken most any intelligent person within a fraction of an inch of fully retching at the nonsense they spew. You want a real candidate??? http://www.votenader.org/index.html

Yesterday, a Gallup national poll showed Hillary Clinton one point ahead of Obama for the first time. That really means a dead heat, given the plus and minus deviation but it does show that your argument has foundation. It's kind of scary that people are enraptured with a candidate who offers only vagaries and readily calls himself the victim of a "kitchen sink" attack. That sort of blind faith leads to demagoguery.

I take issue with this article. The fact is Obama actually rose in the polls after the "bitter" comments came out and Clinton relentlessly attacked him for it (taking the comments entirely out of context) ... To me it's the Clinton attacks that are unseemly, not Obama's comments. The idea of McCain & Clinton calling Obama an "elitist" is laughable to many Americans (it certainly is to me.) It's clear that Obama had a far harder upbringing than either of them. Furthermore Obama spent much of his adult life as a community organizer. This is a guy that is very much in touch. McCain & Clinton are both filthy rich and both completely out of touch with real Americans. Vote Obama 2008! Don't let the media's BS spin push you away from the best candidate for America!

Hillary doesn't have any experience either! Obama is right! Maybe you don't live in a lower class neighborhood but what I see is gun violence on the news everyday. Young people are clinging to guns as a way out. Store owners are clinging to guns to protect their posessions. Parents are praying to their god to change things. Pastors and preachers are picking corners to pray on weekly. Tell me people aren't bitter!

DON'T BE DUPED !!! Large numbers of Republicans have been voting for Barack Obama in the DEMOCRATIC primaries, and caucuses from early on. Because they feel he would be a weaker opponent against John McCain. With Hillary Clinton you are almost 100% certain to get quality, affordable universal health care very soon. But first, all of you have to make certain that Hillary Clinton takes the democratic nomination and then the Whitehouse. NOW! is the time. THIS! is the moment you have all been working, and waiting for. You can do this America. "Carpe diem" (harvest the day). I think Hillary Clinton see's a beautiful world of plenty for all. She's a woman, and a mother. And it's time America. Do this for your-selves, and your children's future. You will have to work together on this and be aggressive, relentless, and creative. Americans face an even worse catastrophe ahead than the one you are living through now. You see, the medical and insurance industry mostly support the rep

Such an inane interpretation. Instead of accepting clarification you want to misconstrue, misunderstand then misinterpret. This entire reaction is stupid and diversionary from the point that Hillary is a crooked liar. Look most recently to the sniper fire, then Bill saying she said it once. Bill who we know now made seven figures last year with the Colombians. Hillary's chief strategist down and out because of more Colombian conflicts of interests. Wolfson is being left alone. Barack's opposition must sink to distorting Obama's points rather than focusing on reality. Truth hurts Hillary. If voters look for the truth they will see Barack was not bullshitting. Clinton can't be trusted. Neither can the media.

I am bitter about the how destructive our government has been to the middle and lower classes. They have been using the federal reserve to push money to the top while giving the rich tax breaks so that the average worker can enjoy a meager wage that is outpaced by inflation. We send 1 trillion dollars a year overseas and right not Barack is the only frontrunner that can help us change our path to destruction.

Obama is the only politician with the guts to speak to reality, and the "lack of strings "attached" to make real change happen.

MY FELLOW BITTER, STUPID, WORKING CLASS PEOPLE. YOU MIGHT BE AN IDIOT, TOO :-( If you think like Barack Obama, that WORKING CLASS PEOPLE are just a bunch of BITTER!, STUPID, PEASANTS, Cash COWS!, and CANNON FODDER. :-( You Might Be An Idiot, Too! If you think Barack Obama with little or no experience would be better than Hillary Clinton with 35 years experience. You Might Be An Idiot, Too! If you think that Obama with no experience can fix an economy on the verge of collapse better than Hillary Clinton. Whose husband (Bill Clinton) led the greatest economic expansion, and prosperity in American history. You Might Be An Idiot, Too! If you think that Obama with no experience fighting for universal health care can get it for you better than Hillary Clinton. Who anticipated this current health care crisis back in 1993, and fought a pitched battle against overwhelming odds to get universal health care for all the American people. You Might Be An Idiot, Too! If
