The Banana Diet: Don't Monkey Around with Your Health

Is The Banana Diet the best way to lose weight? Let face it, monkeys are stronger than we are. Why? I am no scientist, but my theory is the Banana Diet. Have you ever seen a fat monkey? Me neither. Not even the one Michael Jackson had, and you know it must have eaten well.

Here is what a Monkey
 eats:

Bananas

Berries

Oranges

Seeds

Herbs

Roots

Ants

Meat

It's really quite simple. Fruits and Proteins are the basics of The Banana Diet for monkeys as it will be for humans. Ants cannot be chocolate covered. When is the last time you saw a monkey eat a Hershey bar? Replace the ants with fish, turkey or other lean meat.

So here is The Banana Diet for humans:

Morning Breakfast

Two Bananas, both nutritious and filling

Sunflower seeds half cup

Two strips of bacon

Lunch

Two more Bananas

One Orange

Broiled Salmon with parsley

Strawberry ice cream

Dinner

One Banana

One Root beer Drink

Raisins half cup

Porterhouse Steak

Black Berry Pie

The Banana Diet is both easy and delicious. This diet should not lead to hunger. It also includes plenty of fruits and proteins. Don't be surprised if other family members follow you. As they say "Monkey see Monkey do."
