Mother's Day Brunch Beverages

I'm not one to part take in activities in the kitchen but when it comes to my family I like to work hard at making any dish extra special.

I'm more of a beverage person so I have two beverages I'd like to share with those who'd like to make a drink for their mother.

Mocha Iced Coffee

 Ingredients:

Ice

Whipped Crème

Chocolate Syrup

Salt

Coffee

Mocha Flavor Creamer

Baker's Chocolate

Now there is no definite amount of how much of what should you use because it varies from person to person. First, start with a glass; pour some chocolate syrup in the bottom of the glass. Add a straw and the fill it a little more than half way with ice. Take your coffee and pour it into a separate cup. Next pour in your favorite Mocha Creamer and a pinch and a half of salt (you can add anything else you like in your coffee, too) and stir. Pour the coffee in the glass on top of the ice. Take your favorite brand of canned/aerosol whipped crème and squirt some on top. Now, take some baker's chocolate (or any other bar of chocolate) and grate it. Sprinkle some of the shavings on top. Finally drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least five minutes and then serve.

This drink will go well with any breakfast menu and could be enjoyed inside and out of the house. It works with any brand or flavor and works well with Hot Chocolate Mixes.

This beverage could be a dish made by the kid's who want to do more than eggs, toast, and bacon. Of course, this is a parent supervised beverage because it involves the use of a blender.

Strawberries n' Cream Milkshake

Ingredients:

Neapolitan ice cream

Evaporated Milk (liquid)

Regular Milk

Sugar

Strawberry Jam/Strawberry Preserve/Strawberries mixed with Strawberries Syrup

Whipped Crème
