Are you never sure just what to give those bouncy boys on your holiday gift list? You know little boys are full of energy and enthusiasm. Let us find the perfect present to keep them having fun and staying busy.
You know that old saying about idle hands. Buy that special little guy several sets of Legos to keep those tiny hands busy. Build for hours with these colorful building blocks. From castles to cars, creativity has no limit with these terrific toys.
Everyone knows that guys like gross and disgusting things. If rubber snakes and spiders are not for you, then maybe consider a Queasy Bake Oven. This fabulous idea is like the Easy Bake Oven, but certainly is not for girls! Your young man can whip up some yucky yummies.
How about getting him started off with his first fishing rod? Pick up a Scooby Doo or Batman fishing pole at Wal-Mart for about $10. He can practice his casting skills with a rubbery weight included with the fishing pole. Grab a bag of gooey plastic worms for the upcoming trip. A pint sized tackle box will certainly make him feel like one of the guys. Stock the box with a few bobbers. Toss in whatever essentials are appropriate for the young fisherman.
If you are in search of some great stocking stuffers, don’t forget the Hot Wheels. These miniature marvels are just like the real thing. They are the perfect size for boys this age. Kids spend hours playing with these little hot rods around their pretend cities.
With A classic Slinky, it will be hard to keep their hands off. Everyone enjoys playing with this large spring. It is also just the right size to put in those little red socks hanging from the mantle.
Floam is a product available at Wal-Mart. A canister of Floam will cost about $7. Not only will this fantastic feeling goo fit into the stocking, but boys will love the unique texture of the product. Floam has tiny beads that give it such an interesting design when it hardens. If allowed to dry completely, Floam can stick to most surfaces to create fabulous art. Personally design bikes or let him decorate a tactile sign for his room.
