Trisha Walsh Smith, an actress and playwright from London currently living in New York, has publicly broadcast an inside look into her divorce and relationship with her wealthy husband. Her husband is the President of the Shubert Organization, the oldest and largest theatre company in America. Even with a pre-nuptial agreement, she voices her complaints about the terms. She claims that her husband is trying to leave her with nothing and evict her from their fancy apartment in New York. After a brief introduction into her situation, she exposes details about their non-existent sex life. She claims that they never had sex because of his high blood pressure and her discovery of his pornography stash, Viagra, and condoms is no doubt evidence of an ongoing affair. She then goes over to a phone and calls his office where she asks his secretary to ask him what to do with the porn, Viagra, and condoms. While she doesn't get him on the phone, she makes it obvious that her intentions are to mainly to humiliate him.
Next she tries to gain sympathy by taking a tour of what "was" her home-many times mentioning the pending eviction. She wrote many plays, two of which she mentions-"Bonkers!" and "Addictions"-both names that suit her quite well. Clearly, she is addicted to money, and her mental state in the video suggests that she is "bonkers". By venting through YouTube, she has permanently sent her rantings into cyberspace which may come to haunt her later when she looks for a job or tries to carry on a normal life.
A closer look at the situation may lead one to question her husband's reasoning. She had to have played a part in the destruction of their marriage. Their large age gap of well over 20 years and his great amount of wealth, suggests that she married him for his money-which she clearly wants. If so, their marriage was destined to fail.
