I am going to tell a tale of a recently divorced father that should put fear in the heart of every married man until the court system and society begin to recognize a father's necessary and irrevocable importance in the home. This is a tale of the systematic near-destruction of an innocent loving father by the courts and his ex-wife.

Ten years ago, 23 year old idealistic man marries his true love. This automotive mechanic from rural Connecticut had dreamt about devoting himself to wife and family all his life. As their family grew, he worked harder and stayed longer at the garage, always coming straight home after work - never going out with ‘the guys' - eager to spend time with his family. Their first rent house soon became too small after the first baby. At the behest of his wife, he rented a large colonial home on sixteen acres of land. He put in longer hours at the garage to pay the high rent. His wife stayed home with the children as they opted to home school her rather than utilize public schools. Finally, they began to build their very own custom home. He did the electrical wiring, painting and landscaping himself in hopes to attenuate the growing budget deficit.

Baby number three arrived, but turmoil had been building in the marriage steadily. His wife did not want her husband spending on anything she thought was not necessary. However, she saw fit to buy herself clothing and pricey home décor items. People around their small bucolic town saw her getting into cars with strange men. After enduring many vitriolic reprimands for spending money on himself, his wife asked him to pay for a breast augmentation. Hoping to nurture her happiness, he agreed and found a way to come up with the money.
