Each day he plays the lottery game
Hoping his ticket will bring fortune and fame

But the winning numbers flash on the screen
And there are no matches to be seen

He sighs and throws the tickets in a bin
He cries, "Maybe tomorrow I'll win!"

The tomorrows come and go
Yet his hopes continue to grow

Each ticket hides a secret dream
Every player has that dreamer's gleam

Maybe one day
He'll get his way

It might never happen, dreams don't always come true
But it could happen to him; it could happen to you....

Good lesson here, most people let their dreams fade away too quickly and too often.
