30 Minutes of Exercise Reduces Risk of Heart Disease
Exercise Has More Benefits Than a Good Looking Body!

According to a new study released in the United Kingdom recently, just thirty minutes of exercise each day greatly reduces your risk of heart disease - heart disease is the UK's (And the United States') biggest killer weighing in on almost epidemic proportions of deaths each year. According to the British Heart Foundation, thirty minutes of moderate exercise keeps you healthy, keeps the blood pumping (and moving through veins and arteries that could become clogged) and keeps heart disease from threatening you. What would a moderate exercise be? Washing the car, walking the dog, gardening and vacuuming would all be considered moderate exercise - but these exercises must be prolonged for at least thirty minutes within that day.
Wondering how you can slip in thirty minutes of a workout in your already hectic schedule? Try getting up twenty minutes early - twenty minutes of working out will put you ahead of the game for that day, and you will probably get the ten minutes elsewhere in the day - again, just by walking the dog.
So what to do with those twenty minutes? Ride a bike (or use a stationary one), take a brisk walk around the neighborhood or even try yoga! If you're bored with the same old routines, try buying an exercise DVD on something you've never tried. There are a plethora to choose from now, including everything from learning how to Hula to kick boxing and all that is in between! Remember, anything that will get your heart pumping will burn calories and help you gain a foothold on the thirty minutes a day!
Always wanted to try out a gym? Now might be a good time to sign-up for that free trial you've been thinking about. Many gyms will give you formatted exercise routines that are specifically tailored to your body and your body's limits and tolerances. If you are already overweight, there are helpful experts on staff who can give you one on one training sessions to make certain you don't over exert or injure yourself. There are pilates and yoga classes usually running at any area local gym, and some contain swimming pools - so there is no possibility that you will become bored in your workouts!
