Pick Your President by Which One Could Sell the Most Used Car's

Used car sales people have a bad rap. What is the difference between a used car salesman and a politician? Not much.

One candidate calls for a change. What kind of change. Exactly what kind of change? The house and the congress vote on change's. Not one man or woman. The one who wins the office of presidency inherits the glories and the mess from a prior administration. That will be for this president, to unwind major upsets from the past administrations for the first two years, at least if not for his or her first full term while in office.

A lot of people discredit our current leader, but would any of you as a leader start out with what he had to deal with?

So one candidate has a slogan, that word again "change." Many used car salesman use slogans to get people in and they end up with a lemon. People need to ask themselves prior to any national vote, What has the candidate done for his own state? This writer is blank on that one. Chicago politics is an entity all by itself. What if Oprah had not been there for him? Where is she now?

Ah the lady. Opinion only, she once did for health care what the Edsel did for Ford. She can play hardball with the big boy's and the big boy's know it. But can she sell a used car as well as the other candidates? Some may say she is brainier than attractive. Some say the leading male Democrat is better looking, and there has not been a "good looking male candidate since Kennedy." So what is it about folks a Hummer or a Kia?

OK, so if you vote for looks, again sell a great looking used car, to the most discearning customer.If that car deteriorates immediately when the car leaves the lot. Try to take it back. "But you promised it was a good car."

Candidates should have a contest to see who can sell the most used cars. Based on that, the winner should come out ahead as president. I think the American people are sick of slick used car salesman. It is interesting, so I pose this questions to legal scholars, that is if you would just take a break fro your bilable hours.

If any candidate makes a public promise, does that promise constitute a verbal and enforceable contract?
