A business cannot specialize in one thing and one thing only, and be all-inclusive at the same time. For this reason, many companies choose to enter into a partner relationship with other agencies whose services can support the originating company's objectives.

Mortgage lead companies often have partner affiliations. This ensures that the lead company can concentrate on their primary goal-providing viable mortgage leads to brokers, buyers, and consumers. These services may include, but not be limited to different types of technology services and services associated with different aspects and areas of the mortgage business.

A good mortgage lead company will choose partners with whom business will be conducted wisely. If the partner business does not meet the standards set by the lead company, this can have a negative impact on the services provided by the lead suppliers.

Because the lead supplier chose to and does have an affiliation with a partner company, anything that happens within that company will affect the mortgage lead company. For this reason, the lead supplier will want to continuously monitor partner affiliates to ensure that they are maintaining a quality of service that is comparable to that of the lead supplier.

It may be necessary to change partner companies at one time or another. If this should be the case, a reputable mortgage lead company will do so in such a manner as to not impinge on the partner company's reputation.

Even if the partnership is being dissolved because of problems that would have had an adverse effect on the lead supplier, a good mortgage lead company will still want to consider that partner company's future. Things may not have worked for them, but that does not mean that some other business can form an affiliation with the former partner.

Of course, if the situation is such that the lead supplier has an obligation to disclose the reason for the dissolution-such as ethical or legal violations, then the mortgage lead company must do what it must. However, even an unpleasant task can be accomplished with dignity and tact.
