The DISC Platinum Rule Assessment determined my predominant behavior style is Interactive, and the enthusiast represents my sub-style. Individuals whom fit the criteria of an interactive predominant behavior style are described as people who seek validation, and have the desire to be around people. They are known as dreamers, and they can be very dramatic and pull other people into their fantasy. In business related situations, they enjoy being free from the constraints of management, they prefer to be in control of their own destiny. The results describe an enthusiast sub-style as someone who "feel[s] uncomfortable with any kind of confinement or restriction of freedom" (Alessandra, 2008). Individuals with the enthusiast sub-style find new social situations stimulating and they maintain an optimistic outlook on life in general. The confidence of the enthusiast allows them to ignore the criticism of others (Alessandra, 2008).
