Review: The Naturally Playful Sand Box

Children love to play outside and my two and a half year old toddler is no different than any other child. I recently purchased him a Sand Table made by Naturally Playful after noticing he loved playing in the sandbox at his daycare center and also using sand tables at his friend's houses. The great thing is now that I purchased the San Table by Naturally Playful for him, he is no longer trying to play in the cat's litter box saying it is as sandbox.

This Sand Table by Naturally Playful runs about $40 at most retailers I saw it at. It holds about two-thirds of a large bag of sand. This comes out to anywhere from 25-30 pounds of sand. I highly recommend purchasing a couple bags of sand if your child is anything like my toddler. He loves to throw the sand out of the Sand Box by Naturally Playful. Those bags of sand can be found usually for about $5 for a 40 pound bag.

The Sand Box by Naturally Playful can even entertain your child when it is closed. It has roads on the plastic cover for him or her to use their toy cars on and play with. Of course it is more fun once you open the Sand Box by Naturally Playful up. It even comes with some accessories for your child.

The accessories include two shovels so your child doesn't have to share with his friends or siblings. Of course if your child is great at sharing anyways, you can always feel save having an extra shovel as a spare. There are also two very small plastic rakes to play with in the sand. Finally the Sand Box by Naturally Playful has a bucket that comes with it supposedly to fill with sand and play with in the sandbox. My son of course prefers to use it as a device to remove the sand from the sandbox with.

This Sand Box by Naturally Playful is one that my son loves to play with. He will play with it for hours outside during the day. He will sometimes just close the lid and play with the roads on the top as well with his toy cars.

You can actually turn this Sand Box by Naturally Playful into a year round toy by bringing it inside during the winter months. You don't have to worry about him carrying sand throughout the house, fill it with dry beans instead. Yes, they can make a mess too, but much less messy than sand.
