Fast Easy Strength Training Workouts

There is only so much time in the day and lets face it, that time is precious there are things to be done and working out takes a backseat becuase it is not easy to do or start. Well, Summer is on the way and Obesity mocks Americans at every turn. So I have in store easy less than 5 min
work outs that can be done to raise your heart rate, break you in a mild sweat, build strength, and still allow you to watch all your back to back TV shows (You may have to miss the commericals).

Bicep Curls
This is a great thing to do if you have some wieghts, if not don't sweat it, move on to another work-out.

Try to do 3 sets of 20 curls on a wieght that the max amount of reps you can do with it is 30. The proper Bicep curl is to start with the back of both your hands facing forward, start lifting both weghts to your chest and as they come up rotate so when the curl is complete the backs of your hands should be facing forward again. Lifting the wieghts in that said manner is a good technique becuase it builds and even muscle, tones the bicep better, and works other muscles than just your bicep.

This work out should raise the heart rate and/or have you break into a light sweat, the key is to have minimum rest between sets, 30 seconds is more than sufficent. After consistantly doing this work-out for a good month or 2 you should try to increase the wieght that your lifting OR start doing more reps with an additional set. The benifit of increasing wieght will be added strength, if you choose to increase reps and add sets you will be building endurance.

Push-Ups
This is another easy work out to do, the toughest part of actually doing push-ups is starting them.
