In this day and age with society emphasizing youth and vitality with the constant stream of commercials advertising for anti-aging serums and sexual dysfunction with Viagra, Cialis, and other drugs used for treating ED (erectile dysfunction). Yet there's this growing trend of people in their late 20s and early 30s partying like they did when they were freshman in college when by the time many get to their late 20s and early 30s they've usually outgrown the immature behavior. What surprises many is that some people have a hard time letting that lifestyle go and start doing age-appropriate things. Age-appropriate things like hanging out with your friends doing something other than drinking all night long. Try going to functions where people are not overdoing it on the alcohol. By late 20s and early 30s the party girls are looking a bit on tired side because so many 20 something are looking mid 30s from all the hard living they've done from 19 to 28. The alcohol begins to age some people because if you look at the faces of some mid and late 20 something they look like they're well into their 30s with fine lines and even beer guts(on males). This is due in part to the fact that alcohol can deplete your body of nutrients like calcium, potassium, and iron and this is serious because these three nutrients are vital for bone, heart, and cell development. Plus not to mention it's not cool to have permanent liver damage at 40 and 50 years old since cirrhosis can set in as early as your late 20s, but the damage isn't obvious until well into your 40s and 50s. It has gotten pretty sad that we find frat and sorority parties to be cool well after leaving college and still think that we can live it up still when it doesn't look attractive anymore and most folks by the time they're in their late 20s and well into their 30s are settling down in serious relationships and/or getting married and starting families. Here are 10 signs that you are getting too old for the college party scene: 1. You are 28, 29, and 30 years old and still think it's cool to drink booze out of pizza parlor pitchers the way you did as freshman.
