Denver Broncos Cheerleader Tryouts

Do you enjoy performing? Have you ever performed in front of thousands of people? Do you feel like you are an excellent performer and could even dance in front of tens of thousands of screaming fans? Could you commit to a dance squad for one-year? If so, then maybe you should plan a trip next year to Denver, Colorado and attend the Denver Broncos Cheerleader tryouts for the 2009-2010 season. Unfortunately, the Denver Broncos Cheerleader tryouts for the 2008-2009 season have already passed, but future tryouts will contain similar dates, times, requirements, and locations for their tryouts.

Date, Times, and Locations of the Tryouts

The 2008-2009 tryouts/auditions took place at INVESCO Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado. The dates for the tryouts/auditions were March 29^th through April 6^th. Preliminary auditions were on March 29^th and registration began at 11:00am and auditions began at 12:00pm. Women wanting to tryout had to bring a photograph of herself, and this photograph was not returned and was for identification purposes only. 2009-2010 tryout times and locations should be similar, but be sure to check the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders website often for updates.

Requirements

There is an age requirement for being able to attend the Denver Broncos cheerleader tryouts. This requirement was that all candidates must be 21 years of age by July 15, 2008 in order to audition; this is a little different than most NFL teams' cheerleader tryouts, because most have an age requirement of 18. At this time there are not any weight and/or height requirement in order to attend the Denver Broncos cheerleader tryouts.

Clothing

There are few pieces of attire that are required to take place in the Denver Broncos cheerleader tryouts, and those pieces are any form of aerobic and or dance attire. Candidates must also bring comfortable dance shoes; hard-soled shoes are not permitted.
