Burier looked around and found his freind waiting at the exit. That gentleman came with cash but had arranged with a senior official to clear the baggage on fast track. He passed on the cash to Burier who felt embarassed to push it into the hands of the official in public view. The official understood Burier's dilemma. He asked him to go to the rest room which he would also visit to collect the cash pack. While they were coming out, the senior official came towards Burier.

Pretending familiarity and friendliness he enquired whether he had a safe clearance. Burier kept mum. This gave a hint to the official who took the money. He returned the cash and apologized. The senior official warned him that he should use his discretion in the selection of persons from whom he should take money.' Collect such anti harassment fee only under cover of utmost secrecy' he said.

Burier came with a baggage of gold, electronic items, and other valuables, which he cleared through customs free of duty. He also ensured that the key officials of the country, which he visited, invited him every year for the sake of continuity.

Friends and relatives of Burier gave him a rousing reception and he was awarded a hero's welcome. There was a swarm of visitors to his house. Every one of them looked for something from him who gave mementos to each one of them, keeping the costly ones for him. Thus he built a lot of goodwill which later was converted into costly gifts and cash. He displayed the items in his living room prominently and explained to visitors how he got them and from whom .He drew a comparison stating that his friends in foreign countries were more generous unlike those around him who were certified misers.
