ATV Quad Power Racing 2 is an all-terrain vehicle racing video game. This is a sequel to the 2000 video game, ATV Quad Power Racing. This game features ten real-life professional riders competing on fifteen race tracks set around the world.

The ATV you ride comes across as agile and fairly easy to control. One of the functions of your ATV you want to master first is your preload button. To achieve more height on a jump, you must approach that jump with your preload button held down. Let the button go right before you leave the height of the jump, and watch your ATV attain extra lift and distance to its jump.

In addition to normal ATV functions, you are able to confront other riders. If there is a rider in your way, or if you just feel like being antagonistic, you can attack your opponents, causing them to be knocked off their bikes.

If you’re into a little bit of showmanship, you can perform tricks while riding your ATV. There is a trick button that allows you to execute tricks. In order to execute these tricks, you must master using the button in conjunction with the analog stick while you’re in the air.

Overall, there are fifteen different tracks. You are rewarded access to new tracks as you advance in the career mode of the game. You will also unlock new quads as you progress through the game. The fifteen different tracks are raced on five different environments. These different environments are dirt track, a beach track, an ice track, tracks through construction sites, and tracks through swamp marshes.

You have four game modes in which to perfect your ATV riding skills. There is the basic career mode. There are also the freestyle mode, a challenge mode, and a time trial mode. The freestyle mode allows you to ride in an arena where you can practice different skill moves or just have fun. The challenge mode puts you through a series of different tests to see how you handle your ATV. The time trial mode allows you to time and beat your best time on a particular track.

Overall, the game is good for some fun. It isn’t a game most adults would want to play for hours, but younger teens may get a kick out of it.
