Cialis Side Effects: A Wife's Perspective
A friend of mine recently confided in me about her experiences with Cialis, and she gave me permission to write about it here so long as I didn't use any names. For the sake of this article, I will call her and her husband Barb and Kenneth.
Barb and Kenneth experienced two interesting side effects with Kenneth taking Cialis. However, these side effects have been manageable. You can benefit from their experiences.
For those who have not turned on a television in the past few years to hear the ads, Cialis is a drug designed to help men who have erectile dysfunction. This problem is quite common as men age. Erectile dysfunction is frequently caused by other medications that the man is taking, especially anti-depressants which is why many men refuse to be treated for depression. Certain medical conditions, like diabetes and prostate problems, can also cause erectile dysfunction. Thus, Cialis has proven to be a wonder drug for some in that it has restored the ability to have a somewhat normal sex life.
Notice I say a "somewhat" normal sex life. Taking medications to have an erection is not normal and it will have some repercussions.
Before going further, it might be useful to illustrate the difference between Cialis and Viagra. Viagra will provide for one evening of very intense sex. The man may be a wild man; this is not the husband you've loved and known for the past how ever many years and that may or may not be a good thing. Cialis, on the other hand, is more likened to a time released type of drug in that you may have sexual relations for the next thirty-six hours, maybe longer, and they will be much closer to what your life was like before erectile dysfunction.
Imagine if you will two scenarios: The first, after waking up from an evening of Viagra sex, you cuddle up next to your husband hoping for a bit of morning love making. You caress him. He looks at you as if you are out of your mind. He spent all he had last night, woman! And now you expect more? Feeling a bit inadequate, your husband turns away from you and goes back to sleep.
