Excedrin Migraine is a Powerful Headache Medicine

Unlike my wife, who regularly gets migraine headaches, I have never been one to get headaches on a regular basis. My busy work schedule and stressful academic projects have lately caused me to get headaches more frequently than I used to however, which has made
me more aware of the various over-the-counter headache medicines and treatment options available. I have found that Excedrin Migraine is a powerful headache medicine that is both effective and fast-acting.

Excedrin Migraine is a blend of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine that combine to form a powerful headache treatment that takes into account multiple causes of headaches and migraines. Since people who get headaches and migraines often work in fast-paced or stressful environments that do not permit much downtime, it is important that a headache medicine act quickly to treat headache pain. Excedrin Migraine excels in this criterion, and I have personally found that my headache is eliminated within fifteen minutes of my taking Excedrin Migraine while I am at work.

My wife gets migraine headaches, which are more severe than standard headaches, and she has found that Excedrin Migraine is nearly as effective as prescription drugs such as Imitrex in treating her unusually painful migraines. The addition of caffeine to the aspirin and acetaminophen is likely responsible for the effectiveness and rapidity of Excedrin Migraine in treating severe headaches, since caffeine is well documented as a home-remedy for headaches in the form of coffee or tea.

Excedrin Migraine is available in a variety of formats, including geltabs, tablets, and caplets. For some people this is a major factor, since people vary in their comfortableness in taking different kinds of pills. In addition, the geltabs are likely to react even more quickly in treating headaches since the medicine is already in liquid form and does not have to dissolve once the Excedrin pills are consumed. I myself prefer the Excedrin Migraine caplets, but this choice is best left to personal preference and the severity of one's headaches.

My Dr. told me not to take this medicine as it would cause headaches. I have used it for several years and now he is telling me not to use it. It was the only thing I could kill my headaches with. Even prescription meds did not do the job. Is there any truth to this?I only take it when I need it. My husband also takes it.
