Funny Group Halloween Costume Ideas

Following are a couple of funny group Halloween costume ideas for you to consider. Both of these group Halloween costume ideas center around a common theme, but they allow for flexibility and creativity with each individual’s costume.

Trailer Park Trash
This is one of the more easy-to-do group Halloween costume ideas because you can probably scrounge around your house and find items that you can use. If not, a trip to your local Goodwill or Salvation Army will yield all you need, except for maybe a mullet wig.

And a mullet wig is key. If you can’t find a wig that’s already business up front and party in the back, you can always take a “rocker” wig, which they sell everywhere around Halloween, and give it a little chop with the scissors in the front. Presto! Instant mullet.

Then, it’s up to each person in your group to personalize their costumes (or create their characters) to become bona fide residents of your little trailer park. One person could be a pregnant teenaged mother (use a pillow for the belly) with a toddler hanging onto her leg (use a doll). Another could be a guy in tight jeans and a flannel shirt with the sleeves ripped off. Don’t forget the Skoal can in the back pocket. Another could have a big, cheesy mustache, short shorts and knee socks pulled all the way up with a heavy metal T-shirt.
