It can be hard to stay motivated while working on your weight loss goals. Oftentimes its hard not to want to reward our good work with food, especially when we start seeing the scale go down. Regardless of the amount of weight you have to lose, giving yourself a reward after every mile stone can really help you achieve long-term success and could even insure that you will get to your goal weight. If you have a lot of weight to lose consider rewarding yourself for every ten pounds lost, if you simply want to get in better shape reward yourself after so many hours of exercise completed. Becoming accountable for your reward system can be very simply, give the money to someone you trust and tell them not to let you have it until you've checked in with them for the goal. Prevent yourself from indulging in any reward until you've earned it. I've made a list of possible rewards that could get mentally amped up to shed pounds.
