Stainless Steel Pizza Rocker Knife from the highly acclaimed Lamsonsharp really rocks and it is the coolest knife I have seen around. This is a truly professional knife that is specially designed and carved to slice pizza effortlessly without any hassles. You have to use this to believe for yourself. This is a must for all those who would like to have perfectly sliced pizza without loosing the topping and cheese. This is a wonderful and thoughtful gift that would bring smile on any pizza lover's face. Do not sideline it as just a pizza knife as this versatile Rocker Knife can be used to cut pie, quesadilla, calzones and sandwich. In such a short span of time, this has become the most used piece in the cutlery set and this handy knife saves you from the embarrassment of serving broken and disfigured pizza for the guest. Lamsonsharp Pizza Rocker Knife comes in a measurement of 14x3-1/4 inches and this feels rock solid in hand. This is basically meant for 12 inch pizza and going by that it is ok. So do not complain if you have to stress and stretch the knife to slice 14 inch pizza. In that case you have to use it more than once and that is not a big deal if you cannot get bigger knife.
Lamsonsharp is famous for delivering extra sharp cutting knives and the Pizza Rocker Knife is a classic example. My friend who has been using it for more than two years says that the knife is still super sharp and it has not got blunt or tarnished. Since this is made of stainless steel, it is naturally resistant corrosion. Though this is dish washer safe, I hand wash this and I guess by doing so I can prolong the finish of knife. For durability, the edges of the thick knife are beveled and not only that it is made of high carbon steel so that it impact resistant and can be used as a regular everyday knife in kitchen. I also use it to whack garlic cloves or pepper corns.
