Vitamin A

A proper balance of the B vitamins has been shown to support and increase the rate of metabolism, maintain healthy skin and muscle tone, Enhance immune and nervous system function, Promote cell growth and division - including that of the red blood cells that help prevent anemia.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is also known as Ascorbic acid. It is required for normal growth and repair of tissue all over your body. It is necessary to form collagen and for the repair and maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. Antioxidants also help reduce the damage to the body caused by pollutants such as cigarette smoke and toxic chemicals.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a group of fat-soluble prohormones, It promotes bone formation and is essential in the development of a strong skeleton. However, at very high levels it will help with the resorption of bone. A deficiency can cause rickets, Osteomalacia and Osteoporosis.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is the collective name for a set of eight related tocopherols and tocotrienols, which are fat-soluble vitamins with antioxident properties.It has been used in the treatment of reducing scaring, cancer, nausea during pregnancy, heart disease, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K is almost always produced by bacteria in your intestines, and dietary deficiency is very rare. It is required for blood coagulation. It has been know to aid bone growth and bone repair.
