Kneipp Classic Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil Review

Baths are a luxury that I truly enjoy. I also enjoy experimenting with various bath products such as bath salts and bath oils. Recently I had the opportunity to try the Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil by Kneipp, and I was quite impressed by what the Kneipp bath oil had to offer.

What attracted me initially to the Kneipp Classic Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil was its strong rosemary scent. Rosemary is a good candidate for my favorite scent, and I was pleased to discover that the Kneipp Herbal Bath Oil was available in a rosemary variety. Since it is nearly impossible to
have too much rosemary scent, the unusually potent rosemary scent was a welcome addition to my relaxation bath.

One unusual quality that the Kneipp Classic Rosemary Bath Oil has is a bright red/orange color that tints the bathwater an eerie diluted red. While it is fairly easy to ignore the reddish water produced by the Kneipp Rosemary Bath Oil, some who try this Kneipp product might find the unusual color to be something of a turn off. I myself did not find this to be problematic, and in fact I rather enjoyed taking a bath in colored water. The only downside was that I had to rinse off the colored oil from my skin when my Kneipp Rosemary bath was over, lest I stain my bath towels with the red rosemary oil.

One drawback to the Kneipp Classic Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil is the large quantity of the Kneipp product required for each bath. I estimate that there are only five or six uses within each bottle of Kneipp Classic Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil, which is not very cost effective and places the Kneipp Classic Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil in the category of luxury products. While relaxation products in general count as luxury items, the Kneipp Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil takes this somewhat to an extreme by having so few doses per bottle. That being said, however, the Kneipp Classic Rosemary Herbal Bath Oil was a real treat and is well worth the relatively high price per use.
