Best Songs to Work Out To

I admit that I rarely work out. But, when I do, I always need the right songs while lifting weights. Your workout will pass quickly if your mind is distracted by pumping beats and edgy rhythms. These are some of the songs that work for me. If I were you, I'd burn them to a 'work out' disc.'Attack' by 30 Seconds To Mars. A great song with attitude.
'This Conversation is Over' by Acceptance. It is just plain catchy with a medium tempo.
'You Shook Me All Night Long' by ACDC. A classic hit. I can almost guarantee you will be moving to the beat.
'The Leaving Song Pt 2' by AFI. With the shouting and clever guitar riffs, working out will seem easy.
'Smooth Criminal' by Alien Ant Farm. This band is awesome live and so is this version of this song.
'Long Live the Party' by Andrew W.K. It's somewhat fast paced. But, you'll be singing along to it.
'Intergalactic' by The Beastie Boys. It's catchy and it will keep you motivated until your workout is over.
'Song 2' by Blur. A pretty awesome song to kick box to.
'Should I Stay Or Should I Go' by The Clash. Probably the best song on this list.
'Stupid Girl' by Cold. I recommend turning the bass up on the stereo.
'Men's Needs' by The Cribs. Catchy and the timing would be good for sit ups or something.
'Digital Love' by Daft Punk. The only techno-ish song I like. Aside from that fact, it might be useful for breaking a sweat.
'The Sound of Settling' by Death Cab For Cutie. Once again, turn the bass up a bit.
'Sugar Skulls' by Envy on the Coast. The timing could be relevant.
'Anytime' by Eve 6. It's a great song to listen to.
'So Much For The Afterglow' by Everclear. A lot of there songs could be used, but this one is the best.
'Dance, Dance' by Fallout Boy. It took me awhile to like this song.
'Get Low' by Flo'Rida. I'm not a huge rap fan but I do like this song.
'When I Grow Up' by Garbage. Again, crank the bass level.
'Minority' by Green Day. The timing is perfect for any sort of workout.
'The Passenger' by Iggy Pop. There's something about this song.
'Centerfold' by J. Geils Band. Not just a song to drink to.
'Are You Gonna be My Girl' by Jet. The absolute perfect song.
'The Authority Song' by Jimmy Eat World. The drums are nice.
