Miley Cyrus in Vanity Fair

The young, talented Miley Cyrus that many know as Hannah Montana of the Disney Channel has recently posed in a pictorial for Vanity Fair. Miley was featured in the pictorial wearing racy outfits and posing provocatively. In a couple of the pictures she appeared wearing only a pair of jeans and a white sheet, and in a few others she was featured wearing a tiny sun dress. Are these pictures too provocative for a 15-year-old or is it "normal" in Hollywood? I believe that the media is trying to portray young Cyrus as the new Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera. The media has done the same to those two; turning them into sex symbols at a young age. I believe that if her parents condone it, then it is not the big deal everyone is making it out to be. The "sex sells" motto has been the base and in some occasions the demise of young starlets.
