The traditional Indian cuisine does have a huge fan-following in the west and has become one of the largest growing ethnic dining facilities in the nation. Be it the exotic and saucy dishes of northern India, the delicacies of Bengal or the traditional dishes from Southern India, they are enigmatic in their appeal to world food enthusiasts.
