Serve Dad a Cherry Red Mustang for Fathers Day

My Quick Red Velvet Cake Recipe Will Get Their Motors Running and Fill Up Their Tanks

With Fathers Day cruising around around the corner wouldn't all fathers love to receive a nice Cherry Red Mustang for a gift? I bet many fathers are shaking their heads yes right now, but they know we can't afford the real thing at this time. Don't get upset fathers we can give you the
second best thing, which will be a very filling dessert to fill up your tanks called Red velvet cake. This Red velvet cake can be made so many different ways with or without cocoa, cream cheese or frosting, with a million ingredients or a few ingredients, but in my honest opinion no matter which method you choose to make, it will get your motors running. If this cake is made the right way you will have the smoothest and most moistest Cherry Red Mustang on the block. Hey look at it this way you won't have to refill it up with gas, especially the way the gas prices are right now. So now I am going to show you how to make this perfect Mustang for your father, husband, boyfriend etc.

Ingredients:

2 Large eggs

1 1/4 cups of sugar

3 Tablespoons of cocoa

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

1 1/4 Ounces of Red food coloring

2 1/2 cups of flour

1 Cup of buttermilk

1 Teaspoon of soda

1 Teaspoon or so of salt

1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar

Easy method:

First your going to mix together your eggs, sugar and Vanilla in a medium sized bowl. Mix this well for about 1 minute or so. Then take your cocoa and your food coloring mix them up in a small bowl until you have a very nice consistency almost like a paste texture. Once this is mixed up well pour this mixture into your medium sized bowl that has your egg mixture. Now you are ready to add your sifted flour and the buttermilk to your mix. Please stir this up for a few minutes. Grab your small bowl once again this time mix your soda, salt, and Vinegar. Mix this up for a few minutes then place into your medium sized bowl that has the batter mix in it. Last thing to do is grab a baking dish pour your cake mixture into it spread evenly and bake for 30-35 minutes on 325.
