Warning: If you are a Lost fan, read this only if you have seen last night's episode, but not if you missed it and are planning to watch it in the next few days somehow.

Since the very beginning of Lost, John Locke has presented himself as a man of destiny. Even after becoming paralyzed, Locke saw that he had a grander destiny ahead of him, which became even more clear to him when he crashed onto the island. Since then, Locke has gotten sidetracked many times and made many mistakes, but his devotion to the island and belief that he is meant to protect it has gotten him through. However, even Locke doesn't know how right he is about his destiny, but in "Cabin Fever" we got a better idea. As Lost sets up for the three hour, two part season finale, Locke's destiny intertwined with the search for the all powerful Jacob and the setup for the freighter's latest attack.

Locke, Ben and Hurley were not seen last week, so they got the focus of "Cabin Fever." The madness began very early as Locke got a vision that helped him find Jacob's cabin. As promos for "Cabin Fever" gave away, this vision was of Horace Goodspeed, the DHARMA Initiative employee who first brought Ben and his father to the island- and who's been dead for 12 years. He also built Jacob's cabin- so if that doesn't make Horace Jacob, it at least increases his importance for future flashbacks into DHARMA.
