Drinking small sips of tea, juice, and clear broth can help ease nausea. And, believe it or not, a soda that has gone flat can also help with nausea. But avoid beverages that are really cold. Juice or soda that’s lukewarm will be better for your upset stomach.

Milk and dairy products are harder to digest than some other foods. And, if you’re suffering from nausea, that can do a number on your already upset stomach.

When suffering from nausea , laying or sitting down and remaining as still as possible could help. You especially want to try to keep your head still.

This simple treatment might soothe your upset stomach. However, if the lemon smell just makes your nausea worse, toss the lemon and try something else.
