I am not one of these intense New Age Folks who wholeheartedly gets into the Zodiac. However, I will say that over the years I have developed somewhat of an interest in the characteristics of certain astrological signs. I have learned through personal experience that people with certain zodiac signs do in fact share some of the same personality traits. In skimming through some of the illustrious material on Associated Content, I ran across an article by Heather LeQuire, “Scorpio: The Eighth Sign of the Zodiac.” She gives an interesting piece of insight into the Scorpio personality. #1 – SELFLESS LOVE.   As LeQuire points out in her article, Scorpios tend to truly understand the concept of selfless love. As the child of a Scorpio mom, I was on the receiving end of this love on a nonstop basis. When returning from sleepovers with friends, I would always be greeted with some small surprise. Mom would either have baked me something yummy; or she might have added something neat to my room. Very seldom were the surprises over the top. Her gestures were always quite subtle and very natural. Coming home to a chocolate cake or a huge bowl of my favorite Jell-O, was enough to make me feel loved. I supposed that was her way of saying “Welcome Home” to her one and only child. Mom continues this practice of giving freely to her child, even though her child is an adult. It’s as if she possesses an endless supply of love.
