There's a lot going around right now about "Freebies." Mainly, as to whether they're worth it or not. I, for one, like to think so. My readers must bear in mind, however, that there's a difference between a real and bogus 'freebie.'

Most freebies on the web are on what's known as a 'co-registration' basis. What this usually means is that in return for getting the freebie/sample/premium, you agree to see, receive, or review, some sort of other product or service.

Maybe the most important thing about these co-registration websites is that you must read all of the fine-print. While it is my belief that most companies in productive competitive trade are legitimate, it only takes one fraudster to make an entire industry look bad. Fortunately, we good guys, outnumber those folks. Those of us involved in legitimate sample giveaways are proud to employ millions of our fellow man.

This, primarily, is why I'm so proud to share "Quality Health", with you, my fellow Americans! They're quite refreshing in the pure and simple honesty of their offer: All they ask is that to give you a sample of "Snuggle" in return for a straightforward review of QualityHealth.com. It's about as simple of an arrangement as you can make. And their informational/educational service may just save your life, or of someone you love. (Even if it's someone you hate...it's still worth saving their life)

As a member, you'll get exclusive access to: Delicious recipes, 'Wellness Centers' for your own knowledge along with other interactive tools on the site (like the 'Symptom Checker'), as well as, interesting quizzes, health tips, news, and video. Of course, that's not even mentioning the coupons, samples, and rebates on a variety of products that you and your family use on a day-to-day basis. And as you might expect, you'll want to make sure you just simply read the Terms of Service, they're not hiding them or putting them in too fine of a print. This is another indicator that they're a good company to deal with.

Did I mention that it's free and easy to cancel? No. I didn't. I was just saving the best for nearly last!

Thanks for doin' the bird-doggin' on these freebie sites for us, Don. I have been down that road before with Greg, only the offer was for a "free" set of Ludwig Drums (you know, the Cadillac of drums). Like he said, if I was stupid enough to sign up for all theis bull-corn, I could've paid cash for 2 five-piece sets myself!

I know what you mean Greg.
