A Prayer of Thanksgiving for Cleansing Tears

Lord,
I thank you
For allowing me
To enter into Your
Mental sufferings.
The greatest stigma
Lies with mental sufferings.
Yet You were a
"Man of sorrows,
Acquainted with grief."
And then I wept
Cleansing tears
In my garden.

I bear
The stigma
Of the Cross.
